Delete your account

You can delete your dwelli account at any time, in the app or by writing to us.
In the app
- Open dwelli and sign in.
- Tap your photo at the top right and choose Privacy and account.
- Tap Delete account, then Yes, delete my account.
If you are the only administrator of a community, the app asks you to make someone else an administrator first, so the community is not left without one.
Without the app
Write to dwelli.india@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, and include your community's name and your home. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and your links to every community.
- Your email address, phone number, profile photo and nickname.
- Notifications to your phones stop.
- Everything the app stored on your phone or computer.
What your community keeps
Payments, receipts, help desk requests and other records your association must keep for its accounts stay, but are shown under "Deleted account" instead of your name.
