From UPI screenshot to receipt, without a spreadsheet

Nothing changes in how residents pay. dwelli reads the screenshot on the phone, checks it against what's due, and only asks the treasurer to look closer when something doesn't match.

    Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or bank transfer to the association's account.

  2. Share the screenshot

    Straight from WhatsApp or the gallery into dwelli. PDFs work too.

  3. dwelli reads it

    Amount, reference and date are picked up and compared with the dues.

Guests at the gate

A pass on your phone, a quick scan at the gate

Create a pass for a guest with the time they're expected and share the QR code. The guard scans it and sees straight away whether to let them in, even when the gate's internet is down.

Help desk

Report a problem once, and watch it get fixed

Snap a photo of the leaking pipe or the stuck lift and raise a request. The committee updates it as they work on it, and you confirm when it's actually fixed. A tenant's request about their own flat goes to the owner.

Know the moment your parcel arrives

Security logs each parcel or food order that comes for your flat, and everyone at home gets a notification. Whoever picks it up marks it received, so nobody walks down for a parcel that's already gone.

Plan the get-together, know who's coming

Post an event with a reply-by date. Residents tap Coming or Not coming and say how many adults and children, and dwelli reminds anyone who hasn't replied. The committee sees the headcount add up as replies come in.
